How do I set outlook to automatically check for new mail every so often?

Is there any way to add addresses from my contact list to autocomplete?

1. 'Tools|Send/Receive|Send/Receive Settings||Define Send/Receive
Groups...', add a checkmark to "Schedule an automatic send/receive every
(xx) minutes".

2. Send the contact an email, the address is added to the AutoComplete
cache. Alternatively, use this tool to modify the .NK2 name cache file:
