Hope someone can help me

How can i set outlook 2007 to automatically reply to emails in HTML format

for example if someone sends me an email in Plain text, when i reply the
email is in Plain text format, i have to click on the toolbar to change this
to HTML

Can this be done automatically ?

So everytime i reply its always HTML

Outlook does not support such an option. You'll need to change it when you
reply. Note this is highly discouraged - people send using plain text for a
reason (mobile device doesn't support html or they are on a pay by the
minute or KB system) and it's best to reply using their format.
