Automatically block sender

Any way to automatically block the sender as it goes into the junk file? I
only accept safe mail, but then have to manually block the sender. I keep
getting hit with the Microsoft update virus. Thank you,

The problem with blocking 'sender' is that it constantly changes with each
spam
ie (E-Mail Removed) and (E-Mail Removed) better 'maybe' to block a domain

David,
I think that blocking the sender should also block the domain too, being
that it's apart of the address, maybe? The other problem is that some of
the mail will be from aol, or comcast, etc. Thank you for your reply, its
been the best advice so far.
