In Outlook, hit the F1 key. In the help, search on "vcard". Follow the
instructions for creating a .vcf file from a contact record that holds
your personal information. Then follow the instructions on how to
configure your signature to include the vcard file.

's Computer Specifications

Tools->Options->Mail Format->Signatures->Create a new signature and use the Insert Business Card option. Set that same signatur to be used for New and Replies and Forwards in the same dialog box..
