Another one for you to wrestle with....

Plotting performance results on a monthly basis I need to change th
colour of the particular months bar dependant on its perfromanc
against the target.

eg if good I colour it green....if poor red and in the middle orange.
Currently I do this manually, could this be automated?
yes I am lazy !
