Automatically adding the "RE:" text when replying to messages

Dows anyone know how to automatically have inserted the RE: text in the
subject line of an email you receive, when one chooses to repply to the
message?

Outlook does that automatically - does yours not do so?

In one of my machines it works as usual. In another one it doesn't. Both
machines are using MOffice SP3. I also thougth it added the RE: by default.

But if I reply to a message with a subject already starting by RE: Outlook
does not add another RE:...

What's wrong?
