In Outlook 2000: I want to automatically be listed in the bcc: section of
every outgoing email. I don't want to insert my info manually. Thanks.

You might be able to script it but...why? Your Sent Items folder will
contain copies of the messages you send.

Hi,

I agree with Ben. I don't know why do you want to do this, but in order to
achieve it, you can use a program called Bells&Whistles. You can download it
directly from http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/download.html. You will find
it can do much more than this.

I hope it helps.

Thanks, I'll try that. I'll explain my reasoning for wanting to do this: I
NEVER go thru my Sent box. I use my bcc as a "tickler" to me when I want a
response, usually dropping it into a pertinent folder in the Folder List. Or
if I need a record that I sent that email, I drop the bcc into the Folder
List or into a folder elsewhere. Of course, if I don't need the bcc I'll
delete my name before sending. I guess just a different way of thinking about
the use of email...Thanks again!

Ah. I sometimes do that too...I just do it from Sent Items. :-) I flag the
sent message for follow-up (and often assign a date to that) and sometimes
move it to a relevent subfolder (but usually not)
