This morning Windows downloaded an automatic update, but it could not update
the following: Microsoft.Net Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 (KB110806). In
addition, and I believe it may a related problem, I cannot get my QuickBooks
program to open. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Have same problem...also can't get 3.0 to install....something to do with
"assembly registration utility" ....can't get qb to run either
any answers, anyone????

Re: mentioned update, i had that problem yesterday , yellow badge
was there updates for download
i proceeded download , and it never loaded. I checked in Add and Removed. I
went to Microsoft Update
it downloaded and installed.
