Suddenly, automatic toc 1 & 2 indents from 6.5 inches to 5.99 inches. i have
never tried to adjust these it just ocurred. Level 1 is flush right, but
level 2 is indented. On the toc lines formed. Also level 2 is italics and
fonts are different. I looked at edit and they are building blocks and they
have no edit italics or tabs.

Modify the TOC styles to have the correct tabs and font formatting.
