Automatic time synchronize fails

Hello:

I have noticed that lately many time when I look at someones computer the
system is nolonger letting the Automatic time synchronize work. Sometimes a
stratum error sometimes just an error.

Any reason for this in the past few months?

Ah there is more issues with this new daylight savings time change other
than computers and older other technology that has hard coded dates that can
not be changed such as my 4 year old VCR which just updated it's time on
Sunday.

Good to know that this issue will be fixed eventually.

Because daylight savings is earlier this year, it messed up all the servers.

I have escalated this matter to Microsoft PSS Support 'RTCProd=014-805-602'
Windows Time - Windows XP.
