My clock time is constantly being readjusted automatically and I have shut
out of some games on a game site after warnings to disable this function. I
have deselected "automatically synchronize with a time server", but the time
is still being constantly readjusted every few minutes. What can I do to
keep this from happening.

it sounds like your pc is getting older and the motherboard battery is dying,
this battery is what keeps the clock accurate, check over your motherboard
manual it should tell you what the battery looks like and how to replace it.
if you still can't locate the battery take it to a good repair shop and have
them replace it for you.

Battery is only used for time keeping when power is off.
