Automatic System resore Point creation turned OFF but: SRP are created anyway!!???

I turned off automatic System point creation completely for partition D.
This worked for month successfully.

But since a few weeks I observed that System Restore Points are created.

Why?

I assume that there are programs which do not obey the global "Don't create SRP rule".
How do I find out the origin scapegoat of these SRPs ?
