There are 10 more autostarted services are not started or running on my Win
XP Pro SP2 PC:
1. computer browser,
2. DHCP client,
3. Windows Update,
4. Fax,
.......
I can manully start these services, but after a restart or logoff/logon, the
status of these services is Not Started again. What happen to the computer,
spyware or virus problem? Can someone give me a clue to fix it?

We are experiencing the same issue on several computers in our Network.
This occured after deploying Microsoft security patches that were released
as part of the Microsoft February 2007 Security Bulletin Release.
