How are you going to get the attachment (which is *in* the body of the
e-mail) without getting the e-mail? If you want the attachment, you must
have the body of the e-mail that contains the attachment.
As to automatically detaching attachments from e-mails, there are several
utilities which a Google search would fine.

I've seen some VBA macros that you can store in Outlook but the ones that
I've seen require manual intervention and may only work on the selected
e-mail item or on all e-mails in the selected folder when you elect to run
the macro.
