Hi,

I've looked around in this forum but didn't find this question to be asked.
So, the issue is that when user is leaving from office and locks off (not
log off) his computer for the night, then in the morning after unlocking
he'll see a message: "You have been signed out of SIP Communications Service
because your credentials have changed. Please sign in again using your new
credentials." and the Log On window appears. It's happening almost every
morning now. When he inserts the right credentials they don't match. Though,
After exiting Messenger completely (right-click & Exit) and opening Messenger
it logs in automatically.
Can you tell me what might be the problem or am I missing something simple?
P.S Active Directory passwords were changed weeks before...it seems to be
somehow caused by using lock off instead of log off but I can't be sure.

Regards,
William Great

This might be one for the newsgroup microsoft.public.livecomm.general.
Someone posted a similar problem in that newsgroup. Attached is the thread.
If you can't read it, please let me know.
