Hi, I'm running Windows XP Merdia Center Service Pack 3. When I boot my
computer and I get to the welcome screen, I click on my user account it says
loading user settings. After a few seconds, the desktop shows up and the
computer immediately shuts down.

When I try to log on in safe mode, I can get on.

While I was in safe mode, when the computer went into idle mode, a message
came up saying the computer is locked. It shows owner and asks for a
password. don't have a password and have never used one.

Please help!!!!!

Hi,
This just happened to me too, I shut down my computer, went on a trip,
came back and I am getting the same thing!
Did you find a fix?
