I would want to:
1) Prepare an Commercial proposal (using excel+word+cad+...) and at the end
I print all in pdf "comm123.pdf".
2) Now i want BCM "record"(?) "comm123.pdf" and tell to you (for example you
a re my custumer) "We are ready to send to you
our best commercial proposal, if you want to recive it please accept these
conditions (1... 2... 3... ) and write your information (your name,
phone,...).
3) If you accept my conditions and reply to me, BCM (or me, if BCM are not
able to do this) send to you "comm123.pdf"
4) After 30 days, BCM will tell us: "Do you remember your Commercial
proposal comm123.pdf? Do you want I (BCM) send an email to your customer
(with: Dear Mr. "mr" I write about our commercial proposal "comm123.pdf"
.....) to ask whether he wants to buy?

A) have you understand what i would want? ;-p
B) BCM can do this or someone similar?

You'll pretty much have to do all the steps manually, unless you're
prepared to write a custom program.

All BCM can help you with is tracking the emails to your customer, and
the related PDF.
