Recently I have had my IE windows slowed from one process to the next with an
Automatic Screen Refresh. System response is doing something in background
as my next window is finally activated. Could be at ONE Website using it's
multiple windows and have the Auto Refresh happen.
When in Word97 or 2000, program will load and Auto refresh screen before I
get
a chance to Open a File. Know it is going to happen because System Bogs down
with NO response from any open windows or program selection on my part.
So, what is happening and what can be done to resolve this. At times I will
have
2-5 windows open but never had the problem in the past. FYI, I shutdown ZA
Firewall, Spybot, and Avast virus protection with NO CHANGE to the Auto
Refresh
Screen problem.
