Automatic Save on PC when Printing

Somehow all of the sudden on one of my work e-mail accounts when I go to
print something out it will not save as a PDF or any other file type I need
without requiring it to be saved in a file on my PC before printing. I print
things nearly every 3-5 minutes for my job and this is really delaying the
time it takes to process the e-mails as quickly as I need to be able to. Does
anyone know how to turn this option off, or how it even got there? Thanks.

I'm not sure why you think this is an Outlook problem. Outlook doesn't
create PDF files.
