Hello,
Select 'Start Windows Normally' when the menu appears and *quickly* hit F8.
If you got the timing right, you should see another menu. If there is only
one option in that menu, hit F8 again.
In this menu select 'disable automatic restart on system failure', Enter,
Enter and you should be able to view the full blue screen error. Post back
the message here and we will be able to help you better
