Automatic Restart And BSOD

I keep getting a BSOD on startup and cannot read the message before the
system restarts. My F8 advanced options menu does not include " Disable
Automatic Restart", and I can not load "Safe Mode" , or "Safe Mode With
Conmmand Prompt" or Normal startup. Is there another way to disable automatic
restart? or is there another way to find the error code?
