Automatic resizing of windows opened using Open in New Window

I'm using OL2007 Professional Pro edition and when I'm in Outlook and right
click on any of the buttons such as Calendar, Tasks, etc. and select Open in
New Window or when I press the calendar button in a meeting request, the new
window opens correctly and then automatically resizes itself to be contain
just the text of the title bar.

Is there a way to fix this?
