I've just been trying to configure Mercury / Pegasus so that I get the
Automatic Replies option on the Pegasus Tools menu - that's all working
but the only way I have found of doing it is that the users entire email
directory (ie all the paths in pmail.cfg) is in the same location as the
directory indicated on mercury as the local mailbox path directory.

It all works nicely until someone receives an email which they do not want
to read - end result is that the user receives another copy of that new
mail on the next check for mail that pegasus does.

Is there anyway around this? Does anyone have it all working nicely (no
netware involved) - is so any chance of some example configs please.

Obviously I am missing something obvious - I guess it must be one of the
file locations given in the pmail.cfg file but I just don't seem to be
able to get it right. Putting the pmail user directory in exactly the same
place as the mercury one is a problem because of the constant reloading of
emails problem.

Someone must have this sorted?

You've posted to a number of irrelevant groups (powerpoint, DNS, active
directory, group policy, networking)....I think the pegasus groups are your
best bet.
