Automatic refresh?

Does anyone know a way to set up IE6 to automatically
refresh every X minutes? I would find it helpful to stay
logged into a site by doing so, rather than having a
session on that site end due to inactivity. I appreciate
any suggestions people might have on this. Thanks!
