Automatic refresh macro

Hi,

I have a dynamic sheet integrated in a Microsoft CRM's database and I need
that will be refresh minute by minute.

In properties the option that I could select a timee an to refresh is disable.

How can I do this? A macro can help me? Do you have a macro example?
and
Have I can call a macro from other macro from other sheet?
