Can you help me into my problem using Excel 2000, I just want is when I'd
Put =Now() in cell A1 it will aumatic running without pressing F9 Key.

That formula only calculates when excel recalculates.

You could use an ontime macro that runs every so often to force recalculation.
But there's nothing built into excel that will do what you want.
