I am using Outlook 2003, recently installed on my laptop. It is not
automatically receiving messages when I open the program, but it does when I
click the send/receive button. How can I set Outlook to automatically
receive new messages each time I open the program?

It takes a minute or so to automatically check for messages when opened and
you should have automatic polling set up in Mail Setup, Send Receive button
to no less than every 10 minutes. Shorter than that does not allow the
servers to reset properly.
