Hello,

I've owned my Gateway Windows XP p.c. for close to three years now, I believe it is and for most of that time I've been experiencing an annoying problem. When I start up the computer I get the Windows start-up screen with my two user-id's on it. The problem is that if I do nothing the computer will cycle through the shut-startup process again after about 30 seconds and it will continue to do that until a user is selected.

PC specs would be a grate help.

You could try a repair install of Windows XP to see if that fixs it.

Well you could always try selecting one of your user ID's then it won't re-start........or how about deleting one of them so you don't need to select one in the first place?
