Automatic quotes in the newsgroup

This has to be the messiest forum format I have ever seen. Why, but Why on
Earth, do ywe have every reply repeated in EVERY message?

What kind of moron has programmed this forum?

Please, clean it up and make it readable!!!

That's because this is a newsgroup, not a forum. The web interface that you
are using was provided by Microsoft, for newbies.

When you reply to a message you can highlight the text that has already
appeared if you wish and hit the "delete" key.
Or you might want to keep a sample of what was written so when you reply,
there is a reference to the original post.

Do you think I did not know that already, do you need some help in how to
use OE?

I thought I was replying to the original poster. Maybe I need to go to
