Our small office is attempting to utilize the automatic phone dialing via
Outlook contacts. We have a four-line switchboard for our office and share
Outlook via our office network. What needs to be done in order to utilize
this function from all our computers and phone hand sets in the office? Is
it even possible?

is it a digital or analog system? You'll need modems in the computers that
work with the system.
