If you are using only Windows Media Player, suggest you check your file
naming options in that player. In WMP 11, go to Tools/Options/Rip Music,
click the file name button and file name options will appear - make sure
that the "track number" box is unticked.
To apply those settings to all your music files, go to Options/Library and
tick the box "Rename music files using rip music settings"
Also you will see just above that "Update library by monitoring folders".
Make sure that the box "Delete files from computer when deleted from library
is NOT ticked.
Click "Monitor Folders" button and ensure that the correct folder where your
files are is shown, then click OK.
Hope this helps.
