My outlook 2003 will not remember previous e-mails typed in after I quit the
program and restart it. The function will work properly while the program
remains open after I use an e-mail address. What can be done to have the
function continue to work even after restarting the program???

To further describe issue ...

I have already made sure that the Automatic Name Checking box and the
Automatic Completion boxes were both checked. Also, I cannot find the .NK2
file anywhere on my computer, even with "all files shown."

Create a new Outlook profile.
You must not be searching correctly. You do have an NK2 file if you have
enabled autocompletion. It cannot be otherwise.
