Hi,

I am not sure where this issue should be posted - but as I suspect it is
somehow related to software security mechanisms this may be the place:

Everytime I sign into Microsoft Help & Support using .Net Passport I have an
option to 'tick' a box so that I can be logged in automatically in future.
However, this never works ...? Despite 'ticking' the appropriate box I am
always asked during subsequent logins to re-enter my particular login detail
..... I encounter similar problems with other web resources using a similar
login process ...

I am sure other users are having, or have experienced, similar issues?
Can anyone help?

Thx in advance,

Don-

Check your Internet Options, in content tab, autocomplete...
see that everything is checked there. Otherwise, if the case
is that you are running a system cleaner application, your
stored autocomplete information is probably being deleted.

Hope this helps.
