OK, I'm trying to print a "form" off the internet, unfortunately when
I print each page automatically has the web page and address on the
top (header) and the page x of x and date time on the bottom (footer).
How do I get rid of these?

Sigh. This has nothing to do with printers.

Firefox: File => Page Setup, choose Margins and Header/Footer tab, Set all
Header/Footer settings to blank. Could be found looking under Printing a
page in the help file to go to the "Copying, Saving, and Printing
Pages" entry.

IE => File => Page Setup,, delete entries in Header and Footer entries.
This is standard browser stuff that has been around for many years.
Could be found searching for header in the help file and going to the "To
change how a webpage looks when it prints" entry.

You could print it, scan it, crop it, and then print it again.
You could use the sniping tool or another screen capture tool to
select what you want. Sometimes I have to put two sections together to
make the complete document. Once you have the tools, it only takes
seconds.

You might be able to change the margins for headings and footings in
the printer properties and "Lose" those pesky items.

You could scrapbook the page and change the HTML, but that's way too
much work.
