I have a shared calendar which resides on my server. I set the automatic
formatting attributes to highlight certain appointments. The colors remain
for me but when other users open the calendar, the auto formatting attributes
are not turned on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks....

Did you set the automatic formatting in a view created with the scope "on
this folder, visible to everyone"?

Try creating a new view first., with that scope. The changes you've made so
far affect only your own personal view of the folder.
