Field1: Emp_name
Field2: Position
Field3: Contact#
Field4: Address

i have a field Employee on the form, the problem is, i when i type the name
of employee, i want the position, contact# and address to automatically fill
my other fields and will save on my database Tbl_Salary.

you can use join query and retrive the data from master table i.e.
Tbl_Employee to Your Tbl_Salary or You can Set Relation by using same field
Emp_name in both The Table

suppose
Table1: Tbl_Employee
Field1: Emp_name
Field2: Position
Field3: Contact#
Field4: Address
Table1: Tbl_Salary
Field1: Emp_name
Field2: Basic
Field3: Hra
Field4: Da

Query
Select Tbl_Employee.Emp_name,Tbl_Salary.Basic,Tbl_Salary.Hra,Tbl_Salary.da
from Tbl_Employee join on Tbl_Employee.Name = Tbl_Salary.Emp_Name

You Can get the Result
