Automatic Emails in Outlook 2003

I have a program that sends an automatic emai, as scheduled by me, to a
single email address in order to keep me updated on it's activity. It does
so through Outlook 2003, on a seperate computer from the one I normally work
on. Every time this program attempts to send an email, Outlook 2003 panics,
afraid that it's a virus taking over the computer.

paraphrasing:
"A program is trying to access the address book. Should I allow it access?
I will, if you specifically tell me to, but only for a few minutes, 10 at
max" (gives me a drop down box for how long to allow it access to the
address book, with 10 minutes being the longest option). Once I pat it's
head and reassure it that everything will be okay, it panics AGAIN.

"A program is trying to automatically send an email!!! Viruses try to
automatically send emails!! D: Are you SURE you want to allow this program
to send an email, because it might KILL SOMEONE!! T.T"

Pardon the sarcasm, it's been a long day, and I'm sleep deprived. :/ I just
want to find a way to either allow this one program to automatically send
emails, or to turn off the warning boxes and simply allow automatic emails in
general. It doesn't do me much good to have a program that automatically
emails me status reports if I have to go to the computer and tell it it's
okay everytime. Defeats the whole purpose of "automatic".

In regards to security, this computer is running a single program that
monitors phone traffic. It is not plugged directly into any domain, nor is
it used at any time for anything else, including reading emails or browsing
the internet.

If anyone can offer a solution to this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Fixing the program to access Outlook properly is the best solution. Your
options are here:
