Automatic design for Excel

hi
i am using a 3rd party system, that is exporting excel reports. i need to
send these reports to customers, so they neeed to be designed in the same way.
is there a way to have this exported excel file with a one click of a button
designed with a pre defined template? i mean instead of openning a new
template and copy-paste the cells.
