In Outlook 2003, when I type "http://" into an email message, Outlook
automatically suggests a certain URL that I have used before. However, I
would like it to default to a different URL. How do I tell Outlook to use a
certain URL whenver I try "http://"?

You mean when choosing Insert-> Hyperlink?
You can't; it's based on the history as stored in Internet Explorer.

If you always need to insert the same hyperlink you can also create an
AutoText entry instead.
