Automatic category for

Hi,
I am looking for a macro that automatically categorizes email sent from myself.
For example, if I send an email to mysel in Outlook 2003, I would like it to automatically add category "!FYI!"

Is this possible? I've never programmed before but hope someone can help. Thanks
