I am not sure if anyone can help or direct me to the right spot as I have
been searching for this awhile now. I am looking for a way or an add-in for
outlook to email my customers I have appointments with 1 day prior, to remind
them of our appointment. I want it to be able to grab any detail about our
appointment and put it in the email so it will also remind them of what we
will be discussing. It would also be nice to automatically send a follow-up
email a week later thanking them and if they hae any other question to let me
know. These emails for be the same except for the data it pulls from the
appointment to personize the email.
