Thanks for the reply,
I am looking into a dual DHCP setup to protect against a hardware failure on
the servers. I manage over 14000 servers and need a way to ensure that the
DHCP server is always online. So i have all the scopes on both DHCP servers;
however, i split between both servers on the management of the scopes. So in
the active active state, if one of the DHCP servers fail (hardware-wise),
then the second server will have the authority to issue addresses for all
clients.
Well, i guess i will need to install a second ADS server and share the IDS
service for images...
Boy i wish there was another option.
