Automated Deployment of BCM

Hi I was wondering if anyone has successfully deployed BCM silently. I have
use the Setup.exe /S to install BCM quietly, however, when Outlook is
launched the BCM Wizard appears even if i copy the Registration.xml and
registry entries for BCM over from another machine. We are looking to deploy
this applicaiton to 25 people in our managed environment via SMS and would
rather not have to go around and configure for 25 people manually. Any
suggestions or solutions you have come up with are greatly appreciated.
