Getting WinAmp to load on start up play an .m3u playlist is
trivial. You just create a shortcut that runs
[path]\winamp.exe "PathToPlayList\PlayList.m3u"
and stick it in your startup folder.
So try this at a command prompt:
WinAmp "http:\\URL.Of.RadioStation"
If that works at the command line, then automating it from there
is trivial.
If you can't make it work, post a few "radio station" URLs and
I'll take a stab at it.
