Is there any way to determine if a blue-screen error has occured and
automatically use the LastKnownGoodConfiguration after the subsequent reboot
from the blue-screen error?

I heard rumors that is how it works. But all of the many years of using
computers, I haven't got any evidence that this is true. Although I
never seen LastKnowConfiguration actually work either. Okay maybe once.
So I really should investigate this further by screwing up the registry
so it won't boot and see what happens.
