autologoff after logon

I suspect our server to have a virus, but i am not shure.

After i logon with an account with admin-rights...it logs
off right after completing the logon.
What could cause this behaviour?
It started after a few rebootes after scanning for
virusses.
PS There was a message about inserting the 2kserver cd to
restore some system files.
I did not do this yet.
