I am sharing BCM Database over 3 stations.
Since BCM works in share mode, Emails does not autolink by default to BCM.
Is there a way to tell BCM to Autolink emails to newly created account ?

Thanks

Sharing turns off EAA.

To turn it back on go to menu Business Tools|Manage E-mail
Auto-linking...

In that menu, I can check all the Emails again for auto-Linking, but new
Contact (and emails) are not checked by defualt.
At the moment, for every new contact, I should go to Manage E-mail
Auto-linking and check the that contact.

Any help ?

I suspect that like other Microsoft apps BCM has chosen to default
on the side of protecting privacy.

Once a database is shared, and everyone can see everyone else's
Contacts and their history, it seems safer to ask the user on a per
Contact basis if the Contact's emails should be shared.
