Does this occur when all windows are
closed and you are on the desktop?

Maybe it would help to redo the settings.

I have to hit the Windows key to see the Taskbar. Anybody know if this is a

You'd think. But no luck. Here's the odd thing. When I de-autohide the
taskbar and set it to be on top of windows it never is. The windows are
always "behind" it. Yet on the Desktop it operates flawlessly. I even
tried restarting the computer. Any other ideas? Its a minor glitch but it
may be indicative of other trouble so I'd love to nip this in the bud.
