Autogenerated Email to a different email address

Here's a nice tricky puzzle:

I have an application that auto generates an email to User1 in outlook once
a customer has clicked a verification link that they received in their email
box.

This auto generated email is FROM the application and addressed TO User1.
The email of the customer is inserted in the body of the email text.

What I need is a way to create an auto generated Reply to the CUSTOMER.
However the email address of the customer is within the body of the email
text.

I'm not sure if there is a way to do this in Outlook. It is proving to be
rather tricky.

Thank you!
