AutoForm: Columnar - Scroll bars and Enter Key

I'm using Access 2003 SP3.

When I make a new form using AutoForm: Columnar, it places Scroll bars in
the text boxes and the Enter Key Behavior is set to the new line option
rather than default.

How can I fix this?
